About the Role
We are seeking skilled Infusion RNs to provide IV therapy and infusion services across clinics and skilled nursing settings in the Wichita Falls region. This position offers a consistent Monday–to–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, making it ideal for nurses seeking balance, autonomy, and flexibility.
We are seeking skilled Infusion RNs to provide IV therapy and infusion services across clinics and skilled nursing settings in the Wichita Falls region. Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV medications and specialty infusions in clinic-based environments.
- Monitor patients for therapy response and manage infusion-related reactions.
- Access and maintain existing vascular devices (PIVs, PICCs, ports—no line placement required).
- Perform therapeutic injections (IM/SQ) as ordered.
- Educate patients on therapy plans and care expectations.
- Document care electronically and communicate updates to providers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Active RN license in Texas (unencumbered).
- Minimum 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (SNF or clinic preferred).
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong IV and vascular access skills.
- Reliable transportation for local coverage.
Schedule & Flexibility

Full-Time: 3–4 shifts per week (daytime hours).

PRN: Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs.
- Monday–Friday schedule only—no weekends or nights.

Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
