Mobile Infusion RN – Lancaster / DeSoto Area (Full-Time)

Overview:
We’re expanding our full-time mobile infusion team in South Dallas County, with a focus on facilities in the Lancaster and DeSoto corridor. You’ll play a key role delivering care directly to patients in long-term care and rehab centers.

Key Details:

Full-Time (5 Days/Week) – Monday through Friday
Service Area includes:
- Lancaster Nursing & Rehab
- Desoto Nursing & Rehab
- Five Points Nursing & Rehab of DeSoto
$40–$50/hour + mileage reimbursement
Coordinated scheduling to maximize route efficiency

Requirements:

Active Texas RN license
Strong PIV insertion skills
Comfortable working independently with mobile tools and workflows
Experience in ER/ICU/Infusion/Home Health is ideal
